We are looking for a 3-4 bedroomed House ONLY in either Portsea,Eastney,Southsea or Havant but would would prefer the closer to PO9 2HR the better.

Bathroom - 8 x 5 1/2
Toilet - 4 1/2 x 3
Bedroom1 - 14 x 9
Bedroom2 - 10 1/2 x 7
Bedroom3 - 9 1/2 x 7
Garden 36 x 20
Would like a dining room or kitchen diner if you don't have either there would be no point contacting us as that is the only reason we want to move.
Decor unimportant as is parking space.

I have agoraphobia (fear of going outside) this is a serious condition as I haven't left our street for 2 years..you must understand if any viewings are arranged my husband will come along to view and not myself...so if you have any pictures of your home before any viewings are arranged that would be a big help to me.
I will be fine should we decide to exchange but I don't feel I could travel too far from home so I am keeping my search options to no more than 2 miles at this time.

Would be great if schools, shops and bus stop were within walking distance.
Not looking to move to Waterlooville, Oak Park Estate or The Warren.
PCC Preferred but if the house is right would consider Housing Associations.
